It’s a million degrees in Utah right now, so we jumped on this invitation from Seven Peaks so fast! We had the whole park to ourselves and I felt like such a rebel, as if we hopped the fence or something. 😉 I tried to create my afro and only left the curlers in for 3 hrs, so it wasn’t as big as I wanted it to be but it was still fun. 😉 My hair slowly turned into dread locks the wetter and wetter it got… Haha. It probably wasn’t the best idea. We took Lucy down the water slide and I think it freaked her out — She’s never going to trust me after all of these crazy things I keep making her do. My brother Trevor was filming in front of us going down the slide, and we completely ran over him when we hit the bottom! All I have to say is.. Good thing I was already wet hahaha! I mayyyy have wet myself from laughing so hard. I wish that I had a Gopro strapped on my head for that one! We then lit some sparklers, and Lucy immediately went “Ooooooh!” with her lips in a tiny circle. I know I always say this, but it’s so fun to watch her discover and learn new things. First it was water, and now she’s going to want to be a pyro. 😉 The reflection of the sparklers over the water was so beautiful. We played a little more after that, and then came home and unloaded the footage – We laughed so hard over Brad’s farmer tan! Hahaha! How have I never noticed it in person!? I told him he needs to start skateboarding with his shirt off now (kidding!).
I hope you all have a wonderful holiday weekend, Happy 4th!
