We got some friends together and wrote our resolutions on chinese lanterns. I wrote things like…NO SODA

SAVE MONEY
LEARN TO COOK
EXERCISE
BE A BETTER WIFE & FRIEND
Then we drove out to the freezing Great Salt Lake, to let them fly. We laughed so hard trying to get the lanterns to work, and all the boys about singed their fingers off – They couldn’t feel the flames hit their freezing numb fingers! But in the end it was a total success, and I think everyone had a good time.

I went off of soda last year for my New Year's Resolution! I give one thing up every year. It wasn't too bad – even the husband joined me in June and went off soda for 6 months. And, by the way, you have a super, super cute blog.
